As a National Flower Scout, the highest rank in Taiwan (similar to an Eagle Scout in America), and with over ten years of Scouting experience, I have gained extensive skills in teamwork and leadership to achieve goals. I also improved my problem-solving and event management skills while organizing a three-day Scouting event.I discovered my interest in information technology, particularly in data. I enjoy analyzing data found in everyday life, even though the conclusions may not always be useful or correct. I am eager to learn more about data science and data analysis, with the goal of becoming a data analyst after earning my degree. As a result, I decided to change my major from International Business to IT Management and study abroad at UTD. This decision pushed me out of my comfort zone and gave me the opportunity to challenge myself, helping me grow into a better person.
