l am working at Sondlo & Knopp Advertising as an Independent Consultant - Communication Services. I consult in comprehensively in the communication sphere, i.e. strategic communication, branding, events management, etc.

•Consult on the design, development, costing and deployment of Marketing and Communications products provided by UMSO ICT.•Manage the office operations of the Marketing & Communications division of the company and pursue its targets and objectives.•Ensure productivity of the Division, through effective controls, management of downtime, high productivity and cost management.•Develop and maintain a corporate culture which seeks to inculcate and uphold the core values of UMSO ICT.•Develop and maintain a strong clientele base for UMSO ICT and establish strong strategic networks and partnerships with both public and private sector organizations.•Manage and promote a strong brand for UMSO Information & Communications Technology•Continuously seek work opportunities and secure contracts for UMSO ICT•Act as a Project Manager to Accounts as appointed by the Managing Director•Provide, on a monthly and adhoc basis, detailed report to the Managing Director on the Division operations and accounts handled by the business

1. Advertising • Responsible for signage and decals boards• Placement of advertisements / notices and monitoring the media schedules• Responsible for all promotional items• Responsible for liaising with graphic designers and artwork2. Publications / Presentations• Write, edit and arrange production of newsletters, in-house magazines, pamphlets, periodicals and brochures • Compile and design news flyers, notices, and pamphlets• Assists in preparing organizational documents such as annual reports, corporate profiles and submissions• Organize special promotional events such as Open Days, visits, exhibitions and functions.• Coordinating and ordering company letterheads, business cards and other material that enhance the image of Ikhala Public FET College 3. Liaison• Respond to enquiries from the public, the media, and other organizations• Arrange interviews with journalists prepare and distribute news release and make statements to the media• Co-ordinate , develop presentations and present the college at all PRO related activities and meetings4. Communications• Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies for the college.• Co-ordinate communication procedures and policies in the organization.
