Directing and managing day to day operations of the New Holland Early Learning Center. The center provides a safe place for children and also provides a Christian education for children from six weeks to 4th grade.

I volunteered as a support person of the Pastor in various areas of the church ministry including being a Deaconess, Teaching Sunday School, Preaching, Assistant Treasurer, Translator, Women's Group President, and Web Developer.

Provide translation and interpretation from English to Spanish and vice versa in both written and oral forms. Proficient in medical, financial and religious terminology. Some clients included Lancaster Mennonite Conference, New Holland Spanish Mennonite Church, Robert Snow – Fisher Enterprises, Geneva translating, MC USA Women, New Holland Mennonite Church and Mennonite Economic Development Associates among others.

Perform the following tasks at Ten Thousand Villages in order to serve the needs of the employees and the company: Payroll – perform all tasks related to the payroll process with the computer automated systems of TimeStar Enterprises (TSE) and the ABRA database including but not limited to data-entry, internet time-clock processing, vacation, illness and holiday tracking; creating reports utilizing TSE and ABRA. Medical - Create spreadsheets to track employee medical expenses, and major medical costs and reimbursements, request medical checks, help the employee to secure discounted rates in their medical expenses. Train new employees in the TimeStar system. Other general office duties such as filing, maintaining databases, spreadsheets and word processing files for the Human Resources Department; maintaining communication with Company Store Managers, sales associates, warehouse staff, and Supervisory staff through, correspondence, e-mail and telephone contact.
