This position involves a wide range of duties relative to all three areas of Loan Operations included but not limited to setup, servicing, and maintaining of mortgages, commercial and consumer loan files and investor reporting.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations and implementing the policies and programs of the organization as established by the Board of Director's. Responsible for the engagement of staff and other professionals under Board guidance. Carry out the role, goals and mission of the organization as expressed through bylaws, policies, resolutions and actions of the Board of Directors. Monitor's supervises, and oversees activities and projects. Represents the industry, membership and the general public via seminars, conventions, trade shows, etc. Leads in identifying future issues and works with Board to create plans to establish proper role of the organization in addressing those issues.

Assists Chamber employees with various events such as LEADS luncheons, Business After Hours and large fundraising events involving Northern Rhode Island Business Members.

* Directed the planning, organization, design, implementation and evaluation of all training and development programs.* Worked with Department Leaders to assess, recommend and analyze overall training needs.* Reviewed ability and applicability of external training resources for possible internal utilization when warranted.* Coordinated and managed many events such as United Way, Health and Wellness Programs and Employee Events.

Functioned as part of an instructional team to assist in the design, implementation and evaluation of special education program activities to ensure high levels of learning and performance for students.
