Closely work with the Ralph Lauren and Folia design teams to ensure all product development guidelines and follow thru. Through maintaining all detailed product specification charts and monitor development timelines. Manage the process of the Ralph Lauren home fabrics and wallcovering product development. Prepare daily communications and status reports. Coordinate production delivery dates and follow thru. Uploading and maintaining all product information on designs, colorways and pricing into company database. Manage and maintain a complete product development chart to include ; number of skus, pricing and product specifications from vendors. Schedule all or any meetings internally and with the Ralph Lauren design team for review and development progress on all collections. Manage and call out any pricing. minimum concerns. Notify all parties of any changes in seasonal line ups that includes number of collections and sku counts. Prepate/ Create spreadsheets per collection fore review of suggested purchase order quantities and final inventory value. Organize and coordinate all sample book fabrications. Monitoring to insure the timely launch of collections through a book production planning schedule. Finalize book quantities and manage external sample book expense. Proofing and editing on all prototypes for approvals. Follow up on fabric deliveries. To work closely with Purchasing manager to coordinate shipments from suppliers.Verify receipt of our products by comparing product received to product ordered. Authorize payments for invoices of product ordered by forwarding receiving documents. Review sales to determine order quantities required to meet demandRun projects to onboard vendor & client pricing setup for products for new and existing accounts. Schedule shipping and deliveries. Assiting in requisitions and place purchase orders. Create, distribute purchase orders and update schedule. Contact vendors to confirm purchase order details. Log order receipts and confirmations. Tract and monitor orders from initial to delivery. Assist and coordinate with warehouse manager for deliveries and inventory.
