Assists with the implementation of unit objectives and policies and procedures to meet organizational goals and objectives focused on AML/KYC in support of USAA and its membership. Assist with managing the day to day activities for a team of employees in the assigned unit through conducting reviews of KYC alerts, providing feedback and coaching to the team of employees.

Manage sitewide procedures working group SharePoint site and influenced procedure changes to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements Manage case inventory by conducting AML investigations in a highly regulated environment generated by various alerting channels, such as law enforcement, FIU projects, branch referrals, and systemic alerts Coach new and struggling team members in order to improve their investigations and qualityParticipated and lead special project teams in addressing technology issues regarding case management systems and worked closely with technology to implement improvements by sharing proposed enhancements and beta testing
