Performing tasks/activities associated with the provision of secretarial/administrative support to Council, Committees, the Board and Portfolio meetings through the application of laid down meeting procedures and recording proceedings, for the effective implementation of resolutions.Providing executive administrative support to the Board, Board Committees, Council in their meetings and support in the office of the Company Secretary and previously the Unit Manager and Director Corporate Services. Communicating with the Executives, Board Members, Council Members, HODs, Managers to ensure establishment of items for inclusion on the agenda and the submission of general reports and proposals supporting agenda items. Prepare and ensure quality reports, agendas and minutes of the legislative bodies.
