It's quite a career shift. After 7 years of life in high tech, I decided to align myself with work that provides immediate results and utilizes my key strengths. I am nurturing by nature and find it both easy and pleasurable to develop and maintain personal relationships. I see each client as unique with needs that can change from one visit to the next. The foundation of my practice is in the Swedish tradition of massage but I also incorporate Deep Tissue, Shiatsu and Myofacial Release in my work. I have a thriving practice in San Francisco where I've recently joined forces with Raise the Bar Fitness, a personal training gym in the Sunset neighborhood.I have also been a member of a group of independent health care providers at Balance Restored Center for Integrative Medicine in Mill Valley since 2007 where I share space with skilled acupuncturists, psychotherapists and nutritionists.
