Manage new homes subdivision and sales center from start to closeout.Ensure prospective customers have floorplans, community information, builder information and lender information.Assist prospects in getting financing if necessary to start the building process on their new home; write and negotiate sales contract on behalf of the builder and explain contract to purchaser.Keep track of stages that inventory and under contract houses are in to ensure each will meet closing date as necessary.Schedule closings, walk-thru’s and any necessary meetings for the builder. Create marketing for the community and ensure agents in surrounding offices know what homes are available and our current promotions.Report prospect traffic, agents previewing, and new contracts on a weekly basis.Keep daily log of all activities regarding customers, new residents, inventory homes, etc. so that there is a record if needed later.Assist purchaser with color selections for their home; choose colors and selections for inventory homes.Hold seminars/luncheons for area agents or prospects to generate traffic for subdivision.Visit area real estate offices to give presentations and promote subdivision.Weekly follow-up calls to prospects that visited subdivision.
