For over 15 years I have helped organizations make order out of chaos so that they were able to get the most out of both their technology and their people. Intrinsically motivated and naturally curious, my career has taken me from municipal government to refining in roles ranging from IT to Process Safety Management. I have expertise in training program development and facilitation and have developed and delivered many successful workshops and training sessions. I have provided comprehensive remote and onsite support for users of a variety of software. I am the ‘go to’ person in “the computer won’t let me” or “the stupid printer won’t” situations.I have also managed partner relationships to build seamless cooperative teams and successfully crossed the finish line on several projects. I hold administrative talents including Excel proficiency and the ability to translate large amounts of data into concise and meaningful points. I'm a natural organizer and a lover of lists.I am not a one trick pony. I have a unique combination of skills and experience and a proven ability to effectively connect and communicate with diverse groups of people from the COO to the frontline and have been instrumental in solving a wide variety of problems. Outside of work, as a life long volunteer I have a deep sense of responsibility to my community and I strive to make each space I enter better than I found it.
