Provides analytical support and project coordination for functions in the Financial Management and Planning (FMP) department. Provides guidance/consultation to all levels of management on complex budget situations. Researches and responds to ad hoc requests for information from senior management, Board of Governors, other Reserve Banks and System entities. Communicates findings and interacts with District staff, through various forums.

Under general supervision, participates on financial, operational and project audits of varying complexity and risk. May administratively lead the execution of audits planned by senior staff. Assists on department audits, assesses the overall condition of operations to include COSO compliance (including ERM) and prepares well documented written work papers and effectively communicates audit findings and recommendations.. This position could have Federal Reserve System-wide responsibility for auditing moderate to complex components or projects and is critical to the audit project success. Depending upon the project this position could be required to assist or lead strategic business projects and administrative or various analytical projects. Adheres to department policies and procedures and actively engages and participates on System projects, workgroups, competency centers, and knowledge forums.
