Wanda was born and raised in the "ISLA DEL ENCANTO", Puerto Rico with a wealth of experience in sales, public relations, and marketing services in public and private organizations. During the last twenty years, she has been providing real estate services with an active Real Estate license in Puerto Rico. Wanda is highly skilled in generating ideas and aiming at quality and cost-effective operations in achieving company’s objectives.The academic experience of Wanda includes a bachelor’s in Communications, with a concentration in Public Relations from the Sacred Heart University in Puerto Rico. Passionate and committed to helping and collaborating with socioeconomic action projects in Puerto Rico, she completed a Master of Education with a concentration in Non-Profit Organizations Management, from Cambridge College in Boston, MA. She collaborated in several non-profit organizations as a member of the Board of Directors and acting as leader, in the Development and Public Relations Committees for the benefit of the homeless population.In 2016, she relocated to Miami, Florida and decided to continue her career in nonprofit organizations becoming a volunteer with the Interdisciplinary Care Team at Opus Care in Miami, an organization providing comfort, peace, and caregivers to patients during the last stages of life. In 2017, she became the Volunteer Service Program Coordination position with Compassionate Care Hospice/Amedisys in Miami. In this position, she developed and established the Volunteer Service Program overseeing the recruitment, selection, and training of volunteers to meet the staffing needs for hospice services. One of the features she implemented for the program was Pet and Music Therapy for patients. As a passionate, bilingual, and professional Real Estate Agent, she recognized and value the trust and loyalty of her client and decided to obtain the Florida Real Estate license in 2019.Now, she is a full time Realtor Associate, providing excellent customer service, building relationship, and guiding them, through one of the biggest investments of their lives… A HOME in Puerto Rico and Florida.
