In my current role, I own all technology planning, design and implementation activities for a new Nike Distribution Center. I led all phases of the application lifecycle for all North America Distribution Systems. I served as advisor on several major application installation projects: North America Logistics Center expansion including WMoS 2012 implementation, VOICE application for the Shelby Distribution system, USFTWR DC implementation, WMi 2011 implementation and design, testing, and implementation of the NFL DC. I managed project resources, budgets, data collection, risks, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.✓ Established global process standardization, eliminated waste, maximized customer value, and drove profitable business growth by supporting the development of lean solutions.✓ Delivered on-time, on-budget projects according to specifications by leading scope development, project planning, scheduling and monitoring, and resource allocation. ✓ Identified and prioritized functional change requests and worked with the vendor and Center of Excellence (CoE) teams throughout the implementation.
