I am fully enjoying life with the many people and activities I love. Mostly that involves traveling the world, skiing, golfing and spending time with friends. I also hike, bicycle, read, play games and simply love my life.

I loved my time at Polycom. I managed executive hiring (Directors and above) globally and the Americas recruiting team. During my nearly 5 years there, I hired 267 people including 106 Directors and 47 VPs and above. Starting as a contract recruiter, I was converted then promoted 3 times. I have huge respect for CEO Peter Leav and the executive team; I loved helping them strengthen their teams.
