As part of Hasbro's Makers in Residence Program, we partnered with the VP of Innovation to explore and develop new creative business opportunities. We worked on site at Hasbro to research, conceptualize, and pitch exciting, new ideas around future business possibilities for the company.

As part of the Management Department at UT, I taught undergraduate and graduate courses in Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Culture, International Management, and Human Resource Management. My focus in my courses and work was on the integration of art and creativity into business school curricula.

I worked as a curriculum/instructional designer for the Disney Institute and designed a multi-day professional development team training program for external clients of the Disney Institute at the Walt Disney World Theme Parks and Resorts. I also conducted evaluations of the executive programs at the DI.

During my time as a consultant in the Executive Development department, we designed and developed customized executive development programs (including an International Development Program for expat executives; an Executive Mentoring and an Executive Onboarding Program) which supported high potential executives working in the United States, China, Japan, and France who were identified through succession planning.

My time at Disney began with an internship in Training and Development. During my one-year internship, I worked within the self-directed learning centers of the organization and conducted research to determine the learning/training needs of the workforce; assisted in the redesign of the WDW College Program curriculum; and led focus groups for Walt Disney World College Program and Crossroads to Leadership Management Development Program.
