I later actively and significantly contributed to the merger of the HR function for all the five MSF sections in Kenya. I oversaw all matters protocol and settlement of all expatriates into and leaving the mission. I was the liaison person with Ministry Of Foreign Affairs and Immigration.

I coordinated the HR function for the group of companies. I further participated in updating of HR policies. I managed all union related matters and oversaw the grievance and disciplinary procedures for unionized and non- unionized staff.In this role I supported staff based in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.

I carried out legal research on labour laws and human rights. Authored reports and opinions on the new labour laws dispensation. Carried out training on sensitization of the changed labour laws regime for clients.
