As a Technical Advisor to the Programme Director, I support the Programme Team to enhance their effectiveness in programme delivery and in delivering assistance and building the resilience of the most vulnerable communities in the Horn of Africa. In particular, I am directly responsible for supporting the programme team in:1. Building their capacity in Evidence Based Project Design and Development2. Building their project implementation and reporting capacity for effective project management and delivery3. Representing the organizations in strategic meetings with donors and partners4. Providing Strategic guidance to the programming team and the entire organization

I am excited to be part of an exciting partnership between the Sustainable African Development Institute (SADI) operating from Nairobi, Kenya and the Civil Institute for Research and Strategic Initiatives (CIRSI) with an operational base in the city of Garowe Somalia.
