Making a configuration tool (Excel and Visual Basic programming) to create more standardization and improved efficiency in the sales process. This tool was simplifying 80% of the proposal work. The tool produced technical- and cost-calculations, process diagrams and multi-language word-files. Finally the tool was used around the globe in all Eclipse offices and boosted the standardization process and company’s margins.
