- Handle the Customer from Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Philippines - Login Customer Report Regarding the Product problem and Faulty- Answer Customer Queries and Inquiries About IBM product.- Make Daily Report for Daily Activities & make Quotation if customer Inquiries- Occasionally following-up calls status if caller requests. - Provide basic technical support via phone, email, and fax- Handle technical support in regards to hardware, software, customize and email application- Assign service calls logged by customer in APAC to the respective engineers to meet customer's machine Service Level Agreement.- Handle technical support in regard to hardware, software, customize and email application.

- Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios.- Executing tests on software usability.- Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.- Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the design team.- Interacting with clients to understand product requirements.- Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.
