Familiar with SAP system, Maximo system3.Responsible for tracking cargo deliveries and cargo clearance coordination after material contract signed. As a representative of the importer prolonged contact domestic and foreign suppliers, familiar with international trade flow, as the first person in charge of cargo tracking, requires a lot of communication and exchange, it has been recognized by the Party.4. Cost accounting of material and tools according to stock in and out.5. Receive and review contractor's invoices when submitting online, expense account assignment, process payments.6. Prepayment of a department member, is responsible for the cost of the statistical and financial personnel transfer.7. The other support departments.
