Working in a Global environment,leading affiliate teams to provide clinical development experience of the operational aspects of all stages of clinical studies.Working with vendors( ALMAC, Covance, Targos, Q-lab, DCRI, HistoGenex, Foundation Medicine), drug supply management and planning operational activities to achieve database lock.Managing operational aspects of a clinical study including development of timelines, budgets and resource plans.Achieving results within a multi-cultural and geographically diverse team.Working as part of a large team and leading small study or functional teams, to be an active member of the team and motivate and lead a small team to deliver against commitments.

Be responsible for several studies of different phases and different treatment areas in parallel, lead several CRA teams to achieve all related study milestones within timeline and budget with no major findings.Coach CRA teams with study specific knowledge, procedure and site management skills.As Functional representative ( Same to the following China Therapeutic area leader), sitting in the project team for more than 2 years to offer enrollment, timeline and budget forecast as well as operational consideration for new molecule's strategy developing of different indications in China. And the whole project team was awarded as innovative team by CEO.As communication team member, work with different functions to streamline communication and promote PDlive usage.

As a CRA worked in 7sites/ 5 protocols of different therapeutic areas simultaneously, all the milestone achieved in a timely manner. The good quality data contributed to the Avastin and Actemra launch in China.Also received 2- month training in the Phase I unit in France. Got a systematic and comprehensive understanding of how to effectively and efficiently run a First in Human trial.
