Industry: I have many experience in a Li-ion battery production company. In 2019, After 3 years of academic experience, I went into the industry and had over half a year of experience in a battery production company (REPT BATTERO Energy Co., Ltd.). My job was as an electrolyte engineer designing electrolytes and controlling the quality. During that time, I learned the whole production line of Li-ion batteries (LIBs). I have the skills of fabricating pouch cells from slurry mixing to vacuum sealing process. Meanwhile, I am an expert in evaluating the electrochemical performance of coin, pouch and prismatic cells.Academia: I got my PhD degree in August 2023. My research is focusing on battery materials and battery recycling. During my studies for MS and PhD degrees, I have 18 peer-reviewed papers published in high-quality journals. I am the lead author for 9 of these journal papers. More significantly, I finished a 7-chapter book on electrochemical energy storage systems per invitation from World Scientific Publishing Co., (“exclusive publisher for the Nobel Foundation”), based on my own publications and reading hundreds of literatures.
