- Demand planning process optimization and forecast accuracy improvement. - Inventory management: aging stock handling & stock optimization.- Overseas toll manufacturing management (Vietnam and China). - Product COGS control and analysis.- Cross region logistics and product supply. - R&D project support and raw materials sourcing.

- Global supply chain management: demand forecast, inventory management, product COGS analysis, product supply, toll manufacturing management.- New product launch: Coordination with R&D, regulatory affairs, marketing and manufacturing site.- Cross-functional team collaboration: Portfolio and pricing strategy development; Product strategy; Market share and profitability maximization.- Product innovation process support.

- In charge of company-wide supply plan, over 40 country markets including e-commerce, clinical trial. - Overseas, local contract manufacturers and supplier management.- Inventory management.- GDP and GMP compliance for medicinal products. - Project management: ERP system, COGS control, new supplier source.

- Data analysis: OEE (overall equipment effectiveness).- Project management at filter manufacturing department: Filter wastage study/ Time study of machine cleaning/ Annual audit.

- Shipping document fulfilment at customer service Walmart department.- Project support.
