Ph.D. in Biophysics; Five-year working experience in the United States as a postdoctoral research fellow at Boston University Medical Campus. My projects focus on the molecular mechanism of RNA editing in Trypanosoma mitochondria. By the combination of Protein purification, Single-particle EM, and Mass spectrometry techniques, the atomic resolution structures of RNA-editing polypeptide complexes can be resolved and analyzed. Those structures are then used for anti-parasite drug development.
