(1) Responsible for 2012 QUALCOMM China Summer Intern program, including the planning and confirmation of the training, team activities for summer interns and new staff, update of personnel alteration, activity report writing, etc.; (2) Responsible for 2013 QUALCOMM China Campus Recruitment program, including process plan and detail confirmation, communication with vendors, assistant in campus talk, interview arrangement, and tracking of offers, etc.;(3) Daily resume screening and interview arrangement, to import/export data into/from system data and do simple analysis;(4) Regular contact with our vendors, like headhunters and recruitment site etc., filing new hires' on-board paperwork and signing labor contract with them.

This position is recruited to support the weekly sales meeting of Great China,Check the schedule of the President and the sales VPs;Preparation for the meeting, including the slides and meeting room;Keep good records of meeting minutes and send to each department after sorted;Deal with related reimbursement and seal records.

(1) Deal with daily administration and class affairs;(2) Advertise and promote project relevant;(3) Management of application materials and procession report every week;(4) Involved in the interview arrangement and coordination.
