▪ Daily management of the warehouse goods, delivery planning, transportation tools and unexpectedparticular situations▪ Employee management : task allocation and arrangement and professional training▪ Reorganization of the warehouse according to the goods inputs / outputs, quantities, types or specificity or some particular criteria of the goods▪ Establishment and permanent improvement of the storage process, delivery process, area allocation process and task assignment process to better motivate the staffs , to be able to define all the responsibilities of each staff and to insure the coherence between the system data and the physical quantities▪ Establishment of a process to manage the flow, the reception of the goods and to define the responsibilities of each involved part (suppliers and customers) ▪ In charge of the relation with the external transporter (selection of transporters, contract negotiations)▪ Control of the department budget (salaries, delivery costs, all kind of contracts, daily spends…)▪ In charge of communication and negotiation with foreign partners (French & Canadian) : negotiation of the partnership conditions, imports / exports management▪ Monthly reports to the management board with the attendance of ADG CEO
