Phyllis has 20-year experiences in Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) and has worked in the Center for Environmental, Safety and Health Technology Development, and Technology Transfer and Law Center. She is currently a deputy division director of Technology Transfer and Law Center in ITRI. She has worked closely with industry and government officials on promoting intellectual property events and startup industry issues. She is also a professional project manager and has Project Management Professional (PMP) license. Before being a deputy division director, she was a researcher that was responsible for environmental engineering issues for 8 years, including green energy, air pollution detection etc. Phyllis graduated from National Yunlin University of Science and Technology with a Master of Environmental Engineering Degree.
