Lead camera/accessary reliability development, responsible for reliability spec definition, Lead reliability test issue FA and improvement action implementation

1: Overall controll supplier system quality and finished parts quality; 2: Overall control NPD process project status and work with supplier to lead new project development process and issue solving; 3: Work with headquater team including project team and quality issue to discuss with supplier about action implemented; 4: The detailed responsible parts including connector/cable/plastic injection parts/metal stample parts/PCBA assemble parts;

1: Responsible for quality control in NPI process;1.1 Evaluate the mechanical and automatic gauge and improved;1.2 Evaluate the drawing and generate drawing review for RD;1.3 Build dimension and cosmetic measurement solution;1.4 Review CPK report, discuss with supplier and MDE about corrective action and push RD to modify the drawing tolerance based on CPK data;1.5 Study the product cosmetic and build cosmetic spec;1.6 Follow internal customer quality issue, organize related function team and supplier to improve the issue;1.7 Corporate with MDE and Purchacer to evaluate the manufacturing process and cost based on the quality measurement plan;1.8 Implement ORT test solution for the component2: Responsible for quality control in MP;2.1 Set yield target and discuss with Supplier and internal function team to improve the quality continuously;2.2 Make corrective action with MDE and supplier together for internal customer complaint;2.3 Random Audit supplier process;

1: Responsible for supplier management, specifically responsible for the materials including PCB, PCBA, standard parts, sheet metal parts, plastic parts, machine parts and casting parts;2: Responsible for the supplier quality system audit, and the corresponding improvement measures to promote;3: In the factory guidance for supplier, vendor development plan, promote supplier quality problem analysis and improvement measures;4: The supplier evaluation process of new products introduction,, push supplier to do the corresponding improvement and eventually into the supplier;5: Statistical data analysis for supplier quality issue, assist the supplier corrective action;
