Maintain and improve accounting system, procedure and process.Drive the Company financial planning, budgeting & forecasting, and analyze the actual performance.Control Company activities such as taxation, credit policy, cash flow costing and expenditures, administration of contracts, insurance arrangements, bank account administration, cash management and property leases.Ensure an accurate and timely monthly end closing.Lead the balance sheet review to make sure all the accounts balance are correct and accounting treatments are line with the company policy.Lead the profit sheet review by items ,finding the key factor to increase the profit and cost saving .Ensure all internal and external review timely. Guarantee all the financial reportings are in line with USGAAP and PRC standards.Communicate with Tax Bureau, Banks, State Administration Foreign Exchange and Audit firm to ensure the smooth business operation.Be the key user of ERP(SAP) system, ensure operations running correctly based on financial policy in ERP system.

Check the material standard unit price, Calculate the material cost and PPV, labor and overhead. Allocate the variance into products by SKU reasonably. Allocate all kinds of and variance analysis between actual vs budget .Prepare the stock provision for inventory. NPD cost calculation for margin analysis. Provide the costing analysis reports/PSM KPI report to management team.Work with other departments to design and maintain an effective costing control process to keep cost down continuously.
