HR Senior Manager directly report to Executive Vice President Automotive Asia in SH; Main Responsibilities:• Fully responsible for all HR and ADMIN functions in Alfmeier China (ACN)• Play an important role within internal strategy group of top management in ACN, • Keep effective communication with local top management, indirectly report to HRVP in headquarter and work for HR related strategy and planning;• Lead HR department to support all departments to solve HR personnel related topics and issues in order to achieve and accomplish company HR targets and assignments;• Especially strong support for production department to hire all ACN contracted workers and terminate dispatched workers in need; • Work out annual budget of ACN recruitment and training plan referring to HR actual cost analysis and controlling;• According to Chinese Labor Law to terminate employee labor contract or phase out redundant employees legally to intimate contact and consultant from law firm; • Design and initiate management team salary & incentive structure as well as performance appraisal system; • Involved into office employees and production workers’ salary adjustment and salary restructure; checking and releasing employees’ payroll statement monthly; • High potential employee's development program organized by HRVP and cooperated with Alfmeier global HR managersMain Achievements1) Helped GM Asia to build up management team and enlarged the whole organization in 2011 from original 8 employees into around 500 employees currently in July 2018;2) Guarantee a sufficient manpower for company especially during production movement from Pudong (East of SH) into Qingpu (West of SH) to meet dramatic increasing of production capacity required in 2013;3) Fulfilled worker shortage from 50 to more than 350 worker headcounts to meet the challenge of new workers hiring and continuous training from 2014 to 2018;
