•Overall ownership for entire factory ATP activities, including both NPI, product ramp up, and technology, test projects. This job gave me opportunity in project planning and execution, supplier management, E2E cost ownership, networking.•Develop team from product development focus to engine platform focus•Manage performance and delivery from joint operation team (FXN and BYD)•Steer ATP technology(Test SW and HW) deployment

•As a interface between Sony Ericsson internal lab, external lab(TMC, CTTL, 7layer) and R&D part.•Make test plan and assign test resource according to piority of test project and capability of different test site(Beijing, Lund, Tokyo). Find test supplier for certification testing, make budget plan.•Test project status review, mile stone check and project lesson learn.

Operational responsibilities•Lead PTR(Production Test Requirement) review meeting with respective engineers.•Lead FCP(Flextronics Check Point Process) review meeting with test developers and project members.•Lead fixtures requirement for every station to fixture engineer.•Produce documentation required by FCP process.•Evaluate new test strategy and concepts, which enables low cost and less test time.Focus on initiatives like cost reduction and indigenization of tools/fixtures.•Responsible for proto line test station setup, station stability analyze, test yield improve, NTF analyze etc.•Communicate with NPI team, confirm status of test equipment and fixture and ensure testing of prototype build smoothly.Development responsibilities•Development and maintenance RF calibration and test method, according to PTR(Production Test Requirement) edit test sequence for BT station and FTER station, write corresponding development document.•Setup and debug test station during prototype build . Provide on line support and training for prototype build. Edit explain document for mass production, such as Test System config and setup explain and WI. Analyze test result such as Cp and Cpk value and feed back it to R&D members.•Define electrical interface box for new products. Send fixture requirement to fixture design team. •Select and evaluate test equipments. Communicate closely with test instrument supplier, such as Agilent/R&S/Keithley.

•Design and debug hardware circuit for music keyboard , PCB layout.•Write firmware for music keyboard base on ARM、Freescale、51 series and PIC MCU.•Edit development documents for this production. •Establish hardware lab for this production.
