• Control the sales planning activities and work out 5 year sales BP quarterly. • Prepare weekly commercial meeting and report to AP leadership.• Close monitor market status include customer sourcing plan and competitor information, work with sales to prepare customer and regional strategy plan. • Hold weekly meeting with plant & division related team to solve AR, tooling and open commercial issues.• Deep involve the quotation process to understand the gap between internal cost model and customer.

Wuhu

• Responsible for financial report、FC 、MOR and budget • Closely monitor the monthly closing、 AR/ AP and cash flow • Control capital expenditure and expenses to ensure not exceed budget, forecast, and communicate with various departments to develop corrective action plan • Work with operation departments to improve efficiency and reduce cost • Responsible for internal control includes US GAAP, SOX and signature mandatesdocuments, check and solve major issue • Support Plant MD with special tasks as needed • Supervise and coach the whole finance team

Shanghai

• Consolidate the BU monthly operation report (MOR). • Capital expenditure tracking, analysis and projection.• Weekly rolling forecast for key performance index, including sales, volume, Headcount, material cost, inventory, cash flow, etc.• Support build up three new plants and training the new finance staff for the plants. (Shanghai A6, Wuhu and Chongqing).
