Senior Technical Advisor
CurrentDrive projects to completion while advising clients on product recommendations/configurations, integrating technical expertise and technical solutions, while managing improvements and upgrades. Responsibilities include configuring physical and virtual servers to host Central Square Technologies applications.► Act as the primary liaison for cross-functional teams, manage client expectations throughout the implementation process, and execute post-sales technical implementations while collaborating with internal/external teams.► Set up/configure web hosting and set up servers to specifications and perform infrastructure reviews including network and website design.► Configure Windows and SQL servers, as well as ESXi implementations, with support for entitlements, maintenance plans, simple SQL statements, and SQL performance configuration for physical and virtual environments.► Advise/consult clients on backend software setup and configuration, including best practices and system capabilities.► Identify areas for process improvement within the organization, make recommendations to management, and develop risk mitigation plans; leverage problem-solving and analytical expertise to facilitate project integration technical discussions across multiple applications.
