➢ Taking role as responsible HR for business units of FD(solutions for food customers), CS(after sales market and secondary modifications), MAT(supply chain and logistic), and cross functions of IT, Finance, Admin, SQE, Quality Management, responsible for daily HR businesses, provide HR related proposals or solutions，assist internal communications.➢ Working as officer of talent management, leading programs of annual talent development and analysis based on business strategy. Central HR projects promote and implement in HZ. Support line managers to understand the methodology and process of talent management tool and the importance.➢ Competence management, review competence matrix of all functions，and propose/advise solutions of competence improve plan to team or individual.➢ Deal with oversea assignments, central policy harmonize with local situation, and handle special case which was not covered by central policies.➢ Implemented HR system transformation projects, responsible for go live employee & manager self-service modules, the main tasks included updating the company policy, communicate with project sponsor and stakeholders, organize activities and shows for a successful debut.➢ Assigned as ambassador of NewPA Culture, participated global activities of NewPA culture projects, and conduct local activities to refresh company culture.➢ Independent projects：set up HR digital system, build up Syntegon Trainee program – STEP

➢ Operative and advising partner for HR topics at the location for a special responsibility area➢ Implementing the local employment conditions within the worldwide standards and country-wide prescriptions at the location➢ Coaching and advising the local management concerning HR relevant topics➢ Collaborating with the works council union regarding individual cases➢ Knowing the terms of business management and its parameters➢ Knowing and applying the labor law (for example to assess and work with labor law, conducting disciplinary measures)➢ Knowing the need for change initiatives and their active implementation within the departments at the location(human resources development and organizational development)➢ Capturing HR processes and their implementation within the respective departments and areas
