As the General Manager Assistant at JQH Electronics, I play a pivotal role in managing the overall factory operations and ensuring efficient functioning across various departments. Reporting to the General Manager based in China, and responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple functions including finance, quality control, human resources, warehouse management, imports, and production.Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Management:• Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide recommendations for improvement.• Collaborate with finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.2. Quality Control:• Implement quality control processes and standards to ensure product excellence.• Coordinate with quality assurance team to perform regular inspections and audits.• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality.3.
