Within the 17 plus years of my position as a Director or a Manager of Human Resource, I have experienced and handled many skills and procedures.  I managed to oversee and develop new programs for employees who benefitted both employer and employee.  I would like to share with you what I can do to help fill your open position. I’d like to share below some of my duties:*Handling benefits of both insured and self insured insurances, creating new work plan benefits to help with Worker’s Compensation, and finding funding to fund employees Flexible spending accounts.  *Managed several Unemployment claims dealing with hearings and appeal boards, and worked EEOC claims and appeals, even one on a Federal Judge level.  * Had a federal level audit of employee files and I-9’s.  *Created and maintained Employee Handbooks with notice of updates. *Interviewing, hiring, new hire orientations and terminations of staff along with handling employer and employee issues as they arise.  Managed drug screening and medical certification renewals. Background check too.*Handled administration of employer programs: 401k, 403c, HSA, FSA, Dependent spending accounts, and contracts.* Payroll completed bi-weekly.  I have used many applications: Work Brain- Oracle, ADP, Paychex, Quickbooks, Kelly Payroll and other in house programs.
