I co-led the Business Affairs team, providing legal and strategic support for all deals and transactions for Take-Two's corporate divisions and game development studios, including Rockstar Games (Grand Theft Auto, Red Dead Redemption) and 2K Games (NBA 2K, WWE 2K, Borderlands). I liaised directly with T2’s C-suite and our game studio executive leadership on a regular basis, including leading monthly and quarterly meetings, and providing contemporaneous updates to provide advice and guidance for high value deals and transactions. I oversaw the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of a broad spectrum of complex commercial agreements for the creation, marketing, and distribution of interactive entertainment, and related products and services. I served as chief legal officer for MLG, one of the earliest, and most successful and influential e-sports (electronic sports) gaming startup companies, providing business and legal counsel to MLG's C-suite and leadership. As General Counsel, I managed the general business and legal affairs of MLG, including overseeing contract negotiation, corporate governance, risk management, and compliance programs.
