-Report to the General Manager of Zynga China.Founded the User Experience Center of Zynga China, and recruited and coached interaction designers, visual designers, user researchers, and game artists.Built up the organizational structure, the operational process, and the cross-functional collaboration model of the User Experience Center.Set up the standard processes and methods of the design and user research work, and composed the UX/UI Design Guidelines for the games produced in China. Built up the User Research Lab and organized playtests and usability studies for the Chinese social game players, and designed the China versions of the globally successful games like CityVille. Led the interaction design, visual design and user research of new mobile games for the global market from sketch to release.Collaborated with the counterparts in the headquarter and other international offices, to design new intellectual properties for the global market, and to conduct user research in US.

-Responsible for the interaction design of the large-scale enterprise applications that Microsoft Consulting Services tailored for the Chinese national enterprises.Designed and developed an user interaction and interface framework named Glass, and managed to applied it in 6 enterprise applications.Standardized the interaction design process of the Energy group of Microsoft Consulting Services.Evangelized the practices of interaction design in internal groups like Microsoft Chinese Technology Center and Microsoft Consulting Services.

-Designed the interaction model, information architecture and user interface of a health-care local review website.Designed the technical architecture, and developed the core functional features.Recruited the engineering team, and managed the product development.

Beijing

-Designed software solutions for clients like Ufsoft and Peking University.Built good relationships with clients and developed sales opportunities.Managed the marketing activities and improved company's brand awareness in northern China by 30% according to Sybase's survey.

Qingdao

-Designed a web application rapid development framework named Skyline, which laid the foundation of 12 web applications, and shorten the development time by 45% on average, and which won 2003 Qingdao Government Technology Development Prize.Evangelized and managed to apply the practices of interaction design in more than 10 management information systems for banks and governments.Designed the 2004 international trade conference website for APEC.
