-Designed software solutions for clients like Ufsoft and Peking University.Built good relationships with clients and developed sales opportunities.Managed the marketing activities and improved company's brand awareness in northern China by 30% according to Sybase's survey.

Qingdao

-Designed a web application rapid development framework named Skyline, which laid the foundation of 12 web applications, and shorten the development time by 45% on average, and which won 2003 Qingdao Government Technology Development Prize.Evangelized and managed to apply the practices of interaction design in more than 10 management information systems.
