Proactively manage key stakeholders, including program participants, cross-functional teams, and leadership, to ensure alignment and effective program delivery, regularly reporting on program metrics, outcomes, and recommendations for improvement. 4. Regional Impact:Work closely with regional field teams across APJC to identify new opportunities to scale and streamline talent recruitment and development pipelines. Leveraging data-driven insights and direct customer engagement, design, develop and deliver customised training programs tailored to the diverse learner personas in the APJC region, leading to a 158% YoY growth of the Tech U business.

As a Curriculum Advisor, Harry provides expert advice and support to acadmics in the development, implementation and evaluation of curricula. The Education Program Architect works in this dynamic field while covering all faculties and disciplines, and forging relationships between the university and business and industry. For Macquarie University, this role forms a cornerstone in helping to progress one of the university’s overall strategic priorities. This role provides leadership in education, training and digital cyber upskilling programs for the Hub; particularly in the development, design and delivery of integrated programs and community outreach.The position is responsible for driving the best practice development of curriculum strategy and program delivery, ensuring the Hub’s programs reflect the multi-disciplinary nature of the Hub, Research themes and expertise, and are relevant, innovative, and of high quality.

As the Academic Director at SIBT, Harry leads the academic team of 8 permanent and 50 plus casual staff to design, develop and deliver Foundation and Diploma programs. The role collaborates with colleagues across the campus, the University and the broader Navitas shared services to constantly improve the student experience and academic outcomes, and to build a motivated and engaged team. The Academic Director also plays a key role on the SIBT Academic Board and in the campus Senior Management Team.

As a senior program convenor, Harry is in charge of Bachelor of ICT, Bachelor of Information Systems and Master of ICT programs at Sydney City Campus, Western Sydney University. He is responsible to the Academic Director and the Campus Principal for the management and conduct of teaching and learning of the programs. His duties include: Ensuring quality assurance and quality enhancement of the course Engaging with the Industry / Profession Facilitating, guiding and building the teaching team Managing the degree programs Providing recommendations on student enrolment and progression Providing advice to campus executive team on resource planning matters.His daily operational responsibilities are also to ensure that the units are: conducted in a manner that is consistent with the approved Learning Guides, conducted within the resources that are available, reviewed after every offering by reflecting on student and peer feedback for the purpose ofimprovement, modified, if appropriate, in response to its routine review, and conducted in accordance with University policies and procedures, particularly those related toassessment and the assurance of the achievement of student learning outcomes;in order that all students may have an effective learning experience and an equal opportunity to learn.
