-Act as account lead, responsible for strategically leading and managing client partnership(s) within Global Data Operations to ensure GDO team delivers quality projects to clients and achieves agreed operational targets.-line management of global biometrics or delivery lead team, ensure appropriate management practices are in place on the partnership/ study/ business specialism to maintain stable team and project / business continuity

-Line management of data management lead team, ensuring successful performance and delivery of their project deliverables, on time with high quality. -Provide clinical consultation to project teams and contribute to departmental and cross functional communications and training where applicable. -Support account lead for a client to provide leadership, and expertise to support all aspects of Data Management projects within account. -Provide oversight of the projects and provide strategic solutions to improve the collaborations and performance of the team

-Provide leadership and expertise in all aspects of Data Management. Develop and manage timelines for study data deliveries, including Go-Live, Interim Deliveries and Final DB Lock. Collaboration with the relevant functions (Clinical, Biostatistics, Database Programming, Medical, Medical Writing etc.) across all geographies. Data Management single point of contact to ensure that the contracted Data Management deliverables are being met – specifically in terms of timeliness, financial management and quality.

-Provide data management support for global clinical trials. Implement data activities from Study start up phase to dataset final deliverable. Provide technical oversight and coordination for all the data management activities.-Growth from junior hands-on DM to lead data manager

-Focuse on literature research about micro pollutants’ treatability in drinking water treatment process-Participate in database construction based on existed research or testing’s results.-Develope and evaluate a predicted model to anticipate the efficiency of specific treatment processes

-Focused on pharmacological study about human and animal arteries’ contractile responses-Performed reference survey, protocol design, laboratory experiment and final report.-Lab skills including ex vivo and in vitro experiments, fluorescence method, animal and human cell culture.
