Visitor Experience Specialist
CurrentAMOpportunities connects healthcare trainees globally to on-demand clinical training experiences, and offers support services for visas, housing, etc.Responsibilities:• Serve as direct manager for part-time intern.• Work with trainees and medical schools to collect required documentation for enrollment.• Build, revamp, and lead trainee orientations.• Handle escalated matters raised by department colleagues.• Serve as a visa specialist in the department, and draft visa support letters for legal.• Manage website reviews and innovate review processes.• Interview candidates for positions in the Visitor Experience (Customer Success) department.• Hold shadowing sessions for new hires and answer questions about internal processes.•Assist with new hire onboarding and planning processes.• Contribute to employee knowledge base by recording training material and creating shared documents outlining processes.• Create and manage email blasts/campaigns using Hubspot CRM.• Speak during webinars about AMO services.• Assist trainees with finding affordable housing.
