I am Pauline Wanjiku Wanjiru an enthusiast about environmental safety and achieving sustainable development.I graduated with a second class upper division in BSc Environmental conservation and Natural Resource Management. I did my attachment at Nyeri Water and Sanitation Company (NYEWASCO) where we provided the public with clean drinking water and also treating the sewage produced to attain sustainable development on the water resource. I did a project in Katangi market where I was able to identify the different dangerous methods the community used in waste disposal and i recommended, taught and did a follow up on the safe sustainable strategies of waste management. By this the number of diarrhea, typhoid and amoebic dysentery reduced as told by the residents.I worked worked with the national sanitation program where i participated in the clean up of Nyeri town.I am currently looking for an internship opportunity or an entry level job to use my skills and knowledge in attaining sustainable development in our country, protect our natural environment from more harm and teach communities on how to live harmoniously with the environment.
