I am also the interim Vice-Chair of the Alliance Girls' Old Girls Association (OGA) involved in fundraising, event preparations, re-union preparations, finding and seeking old girls to become contributing members of the alumni, mentoring younger alumni and students at the school and looking to make better the lives of teachers and students present at Alliance Girls’ High School. I was appointed to the AGHS board in 2008 by the Ministry of Education in Kenya and since then my duties as a board member include but are not limited to helping the school Principal to manage the affairs of Alliance Girls’ High School, finding and recruiting former alumni to become active contributing members to the bursary fund and to mentor the girls in the school.
