- Process engineer for PCB surface finishing Process (Gold Plating).- Established, revised and ensure all engineering related documents such as Operational Manual and Instruction (OMOI), Process Control Standard (PCS), Process Standard (PS), Temporary Work Instruction (TWI) and PCP are up to date.- Established, update and review FMEA and Risk Assessment to improve product, process reliability and quality.- Responsible in preparing statistically data analysis for product and process capability and Module monitoring items such Sigma and CPK for process parameter and discuss the outcome in daily meeting.- Performed technical details analysis regarding specific issues and defects such X-CUT, SEM, EDX, FTIR images/spectra for defect analysis root cause.- Actively involved in Disposition Board Review (DRB), create and provide related guideline such as One Point Lesson (OPL) and Response Flow Chart (RFC) at any abnormality within the process to production staff in order to reduce operational risk.- Continuously maintained and improved existing process condition by monitoring statistical process control (SPC) for quality increasing.- Assisted production with issues for new and current product.- Mentor for new engineer and technician.
