As a product manager at the Singapore Police Force's Digital Transformation Department, I am passionate about leveraging technology to enhance our policing capabilities and deliver better services to the public. With over 14 years of experience in the police force, I have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the public safety domain, as well as the skills and knowledge to lead and manage complex and high-stakes projects.In my current role, I examine current manual processes, streamline and re-engineer these processes, and guide the force towards digitalisation. In the process of doing so, I recommend and implement solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness of their processes. I also facilitate stakeholder engagement and change management to ensure the smooth adoption and integration of new technologies and workflows
