• The primary point of contact with MAS/MAB Group IT’s Tactical, Operational team and Strategic level.

• Responsible to work closely with Managed Services, IT Infrastructure, EUC, Service Desk and Hosted Services partners to deliver of technology operations.
• Lead a team of engineers to govern SOP, OLA, SLA & drive processes and KPI improvement and at the same time ensuring vendor’s full compliance of the contract.
• Be available 24/7 for critical operation and managed services related incident escalation.
• Overall technical understanding of the business processes supported by the applications.
• Function as single point of contact to the client & support teams with regards to resolution of escalated issues.
• Focus on maximizing customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of issues and qualitative service delivery in coordination with Program Manager/ Client Director.
