Heads the Research and Publication Centre by providing leadership and strategic direction and representing the centre in management meeting. Provide research support and leadership on various research and publication projects at the Research and Publication Centre. Project Director for the case study project in collaboration with Indonesian Development Banking Institute (LPPI).Contribute to the development of research strategies of the Research and Publication Centre by developing ideas and identifying opportunities for high quality research.Establish effective networks and linkages with the financial industry, regulators and other relevant bodies so as to facilitate research activities including Asian Development Bank, Lembaga Pengembangan Perbankan IndonesiaEngage in discourse and external activities in accordance with AFRPC’s research strategy and which enhances AIF’s research profile including organising Distinguished Speaker Series, MFA Conference, AIF International Symposium and Asian Finance Forum. Editor of Asian Link, a bi-monthly publication by AIF. As the Editor, I have the overall responsibility for the operations and publication of Asian Link and ensuring that all tasks, from planning to distribution, are completed.

Support in developing, monitoring and reporting on strategic and operational plans.Coordinates activities related to organisational planning and research that support the mission of Labuan FSA.Monitor national and international developments (national standard setters, regulators, media, etc.) as they relate to Labuan FSA’s strategic plan and risk tolerance profile.Identify strategic and operational opportunities and risks, advising the Director General on an appropriate course of action.Develop, implement and maintain a process for monitoring the organization’s performance in terms of achieving its strategic objectives.
