Graduated from Drexel University, Philadelphia with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information System. While in the United States, worked as a Software Tester at Federal Reserve Bank in Philadelphia and was also involved in ICT Transformation at CIGNA Insurance. As a scholar, began career in PETRONAS supporting the procurement systems and was involved in the Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP ERP) project. In the span of over 25 years, held various leadership roles in PETRONAS Group including Head of Service Desk, Head of Corporate ICT Governance, Regional ICT Manager in East Malaysia and Head of Account & Service Management. Led the Employee Digital Experience since 2020 and is a member of the Leadership Team and was responsible for driving end-to-end employee digital experience initiatives and digital workplace services, to elevate employee productivity and transform the collaboration experience in PETRONAS across physical and virtual digital touchpoints. Experience in roles with wide spectrum of responsibilities involving Strategy, Governance, Design and Delivery of ICT products and services.Passionate about solving pain points and putting customers at the center of design and solutions. A believer of lifelong learning, continues to keep abreast with new ways of working and always look out for innovative ways to create value for users, communities and the organisation. Certified Professional Scrum Master, and is also ITIL Accredited, COBIT and CMMI-DEV Trained.
