Heading the department of Logistics (Procurement, Import, Export, Warehouse & delivery) to make sure the supply chain in place for continuous business operation, including managing the people and labor handling.2. Sourcing include all the raw materials necessary for the production of the company, with recognition of new suppliers in the international market.3. Procurement of all the raw materials, production consumables, machinery and spares required. Also the international pricing aspects of the raw materials such as London Metal Exchange (LME) following up, also the negotiation of supplier credit terms, delivery lead times and INCO terms, finally the on time arrival of the all necessary commodities to the plant through customs and other regulatory authorities.4. Warehousing function was included the proper storage of the raw materials and finished goods at the warehouses, systematic issuance to the production floor, make sure the minimum damage or loss on storage.5. Distribution of the goods included both local and international namely local sales and exports. Make sure the minimum costs of the deliveries on the proper route planning and the satisfaction of the customers in on time delivery of the goods whole maintenance of minimum stock levels at all outside stores locations to manage working capital properly.
