1- Day to Day• Responsible to collaborate, engage, work with stakeholders from project inception, analysis, design, development, testing to pre and post deployment phases.• Ensure good quality and smooth delivery of cards technology system enhancement that are fully in compliance with mandated framework (Loyalty, 3DS, Merchant and Customer portal)• Involve in management of project technical delivery, requirement management, management of testing requirement• Engage and participate in design and system development, and planning for deployment and support2- Other responsibilities• Lead, build, manage a team of the developers for supporting the Cards system• Oversee the outstanding defects/change requests, prioritize with business units and plan for the fix or implementation• Manage the relevant teams including vendors to investigate reported issues/problem, identify root cause/impact, implement workaround and fixes to resolve issues• Manage the resources for the current/upcoming projects and BAUs.• Plan technical deliverables (system enhancement and upgrade) to meet the project requirement with allocated budget

1- Support• Responsible for supporting the Card Management System• Diagnose the problem area and recover the incident within SLA• Escalate/Collaborate with the other support teams to resolve reported incidents/problems• Contribute and review Root Cause Analysis and Permanent Corrective Action• Manage the reported incident/problem until closure• Stand-by support for the high-severity incident, and application availability/performance issue• Perform pro-active monitoring and system health check2- Development• Involve user requirements discussion, System Design, FSD preparation, Test cases/guide preparation• Monitor and Responsible for the delivery of overall CR and other enhancements required by the business to ensure meet the timeline • Involve in development and testing according to test cases/guide• Work with project managers and technical leads to determine scope, specifications, and priorities for product development lifecycles• Coordinate thorough testing of the developed solution3- Management• Lead and guide Prod Ops team members on support activities, processes, and escalation to ensure all the issues are resolved• Provide leadership for technical support• Provide regulated feedback and status of issues to the stakeholders• Oversee and monitor deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitor the progress of projects• Work with various parties to implement and deliver changes/enhancements to the system• Supervise team members on their daily tasks• Handling team member's performance review• Handling status update meeting

1. Act as Level 3 application support by providing maintenance support to customers by investigating and rectifying reported systems shortcomings2. Serves as primary support liaison between company and customer3. Documents incidents/defects/enhancements in required tracking systems.4. Involved in any additional follow up, testing, and troubleshooting including remote desktop viewing5. Provide technical guidance to junior colleagues in their work6. Develop application in specific product suite and operating environment and technologies; provides support of product installations.7. Analyze requests for enhancements/changes and write amendment/program specifications8. Perform and manage stages of the SDLC and participate in the systems review with Project Lead/Manager9. Design and document system design, architecture and propose appropriate technologies and tools required to implement systems, and ensure users sign off on design specifications10. Develop test cases, conduct SIT, load test and tune the performance of systems to meet SLA11. Data analysis - Logically analyses, code defects and produces timely code fixes12. Perform code reviews and technical quality evaluations - demonstrate high-quality standards through the delivery of thorough unit testing, and peer and code reviews.13. Prepare and update the technical specification and other related documents14. Discuss the interface agreement with the user and review the Impact Assessment with the user for the new business application15. Perform functional design walkthrough with user16. Support Pre and Post production deployment17. Mentor new joiners in the company18. Involves a buddy system with clients

1. Participate in the design, development and programming, system and integration testing for DCS Inventory Master – Product Management and Inventory2. Enhance and improve present systems based on customer request3. Assist in some project management areas such as gathering user requirements from the prospects/customers, documenting system specifications, producing system manuals, attending project status meetings, and updating project status.4. Perform on-site system setup, user training, and initial implementation support to the customers.5. Participate in internal software research and development works.
